Join our panel event with mental wellness specialists, including therapists and life coaches. They will discuss their experiences working with creative clients. After the panel, there will be a Q&A so attendees can start a dialogue with our mental wellness specialists.
AIGA AZ’s goal is to remove the stigma around therapy and provide resources to the creative community so if someone needs help, they know where to find help. We hope to provide some answers to questions that potentially the entire community has been asking.
Creative individuals work with a variety of clients and projects, all with all different needs, perspectives, and timelines. While this makes for a more empathic person, it also leaves creatives vulnerable. Studies show there is a link between creativity and depression. More often than not, creatives use that anxiety or depression as a driving force instead of seeking professional help. Join our event to arm yourself with the knowledge and resources for better health, help and healing.
