Join us in Tucson for a Letterpress event with Amos Kennedy.
At the age of 40, Amos Kennedy traded his comfortable, middle-class life for a pair of overalls and his one true love – a printing press. His story is featured in the documentary Proceed and Be Bold, and now you can meet Amos during his weeklong residency at the University of Arizona School of Art. Please join us for an informal evening of food, conversation, and printing demonstrations. Co-sponsored by The University of Arizona School of Art, The University of Arizona Poetry Center, and The Africana Studies Department at The University of Arizona.
Tickets: Free for students, $10 for AIGA members and $15 for non-members.
