PHXDW Lunchtime Workshop: User-Centered Design with Infusionsoft – SOLD OUT

Join the team from Infusionsoft for a free PHXDW lunchtime workshop during the Beyond Design Conference!

User-Centered Design: How to Develop Actionable Insights and Empathy for your User/Customer

As designers, one of our biggest challenges is to step outside of our own biases and step into the shoes of the people who will consume our work. In this workshop you’ll learn:

  • How to make the case for customer research in your design process

  • How to use those insights as a launching pad into the design thinking process

  • Practical research methods that yield great results while moving quickly

  • How to test, validate, and modify your designs with tangible user data to back them.

Presented by the team from Infusionsoft:

  • Kory Kredit, Manager of Product Design & Experience
  • Rachael Burno, User Experience Researcher
  • Jake Johnson, Director, Creative & Content
  • Stephanie Haworth, Design Manager

This workshop is generously sponsored by Infusionsoft and includes lunch if registered by Monday, 9/24. After that, registrations will still be open, but we will not be able to order lunch for any orders placed after that date. Limited to 40 Phoenix Design Week / Beyond Design ticketed attendees. We ask that you please be respectful of our sponsors and the catering department, and only register if you will definitely attend. Lunch selections include sandwich, salad, or wrap; mark choice and any dietary considerations on order form.

Your registration constitutes permission to use photos, audio, and video recording taken of you at the event for promotional and educational purposes in connection with AIGA Arizona, and places you on the master mailing list.
