UI/UX Product Designer—Staffing Strong

Do you love taking digital product ideas and improving it for a better user experience? If yes, this job is for you! Staffing Strong is recruiting a Senior UI/UX Product Designer in Scottsdale, AZ. This is a full-time permanent position. The Senior UI/UX Product Designer will collaborate with engineers, designers, and clients.

Responsibilities:

Lead design projects across the product lifecycle with multiple product releases and work with the design team lead and the client to translate business and user requirements into meaningful interactive and brand experiences.
Reposition between developing strategy and carrying out the tactical execution.
Guide design projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product releases.
Produce multiple concepts and prototypes; knowing when to apply pixel-perfect attention to detail, and when to make low-fi sketches and prototypes.
Present your work during design review meetings with variations and rationale, as well as feedback for others.
Concept at a high level about product vision and strategy – not just the visual ideas but what should we build and why.
Assist in managing client relationships within the context of the product design process, such as leading workshops and design reviews.
Concept and design simple and elegant design approaches for complex problems and define design strategies and solutions for products and brands.
Serve as a mentor for other members of the team, leading by example in craftsmanship, accountability, and behavior for the other members of the design team and the company as a whole.
Leverage and implement a variety of user experience analytics metrics in order to analyze and improve the overall user experience.

Requirements:

7+ plus year experience with UI/UX product development.
A Bachelor’s Degree in a design related field is a plus.
Must have a solid foundation in the principles of UI/UX.
Proficient with Photoshop, OmniGraffle, Sketch, Abstract, HTML
Experience working with other designers and development teams.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
